How to make chicken curry


• 8 chicken drumsticks

• A little salt (to taste)

• A little white pepper (to taste)

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 onion

• 1 carrot

• 1 golden apple

• 125 ml
of milk

• 2 tablespoons
of curry

• 250 ml
of 100% Natural Homemade Chicken Broth


Step 1
Brown the chicken pieces in a pan, with two tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, wash and clean the vegetables. Remove chicken and set aside, draining excess fat.

Step 2
In the same pan, brown the onion and carrot cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the apple, add it to the sauce and let it cook until tender.

Step 3
Add the chicken thighs, the milk, the curry and the Gallina Blanca 100% Natural Homemade Chicken Broth. Cook for an hour over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 4
Remove the chicken thighs from the pan, mash the sauce and strain it.

Step 5
Serve by sprinkling the chicken thighs with the sauce.
